Office Management Clerk Apprenticeship

A varied apprenticeship at the BDA in central Berlin. You will rotate through different departments, contribute to day-to-day operations, and gain insight into event organization, office communication, HR topics, and accounting. Apprentice projects and a four-week internship abroad round off the training.

• Organizing appointments, business trips, and events
• Communicating with different contacts in person, by phone, and in writing
• Preparing emails, letters, and presentations
• Using office applications, digital tools, and AI
• Supporting commercial tasks in HR and finance, including recruitment processes and invoice processing

• At least an intermediate school-leaving certificate, or already obtained
• Very good German skills
• Enjoyment of organizing and communicating
• Reliable and team-oriented way of working
• Interest in current economic, political, and social topics
• Motivation to learn new things and contribute actively
