Apprenticeship Industrial Clerk

As an industrial clerk you will work in many different commercial and business administration areas at bekuplast. During your apprenticeship you will learn, among other things: in shipping: organise order dispatch, monitor delivery dates, create shipping documents for domestic and international; in purchasing: determine requirements, compare quotes, process orders, research and evaluate suppliers; in quality management: handle complaints, optimise processes, participate in audits and quality assurance; in HR: record daily personnel requirements, support recruiting, prepare payroll, prepare and accompany training fairs; in sales: acquire, support and advise customers, create quotes, process orders; in production planning: plan and monitor production processes, coordinate machine allocation, complete production orders.

General higher education entrance qualification, technical college entrance qualification or a very good secondary school leaving certificate; good grades in maths and German; interest in economic contexts and processes; strong communication and organisational skills; team spirit and openness to new things.
