• Support of the firm management in administrative and organizational tasks
• Independent handling of general assistance and back-office tasks such as appointment coordination, internal communication, invoice processing and deadline monitoring
• Central contact person for our clients and our team in digitalization questions, especially regarding DATEV Unternehmen online and ADNOVA from LAND-DATA
• If needed, support of the reception area with telephone answering, correspondence and client care

• Completed commercial training
• First professional experience in a tax consulting firm or law firm
• Solid MS Office knowledge and DATEV knowledge advantageous
• Willingness to work and enthusiasm for the introduction of new digital programs
• Client orientation, IT affinity and organizational talent
