Management Assistant for Office Management with Focus on Digitalization

Performing administrative tasks and maintaining master data; processing internal and external correspondence and incoming mail; independently handling general back-office tasks such as appointment coordination, invoice processing, deadline monitoring, and preparatory accounting tasks; supporting the digitalization of our firm and organizing internal company events; if needed, assisting the reception area with phone calls and client support.

Completed commercial training; first professional experience in a tax consultancy or law firm; solid MS Office skills and DATEV knowledge an advantage; willingness to perform and enthusiasm for introducing new digital programs; organizational talent with confident demeanor in dealing with clients.
