Trainee Dairy Laboratory Technician starting 01.09.2027

During your training, you will keep a close eye on the high quality of our cheese specialties. Using modern chemical, physical, and microbiological methods, you will examine and test milk, ingredients, and cheese. You will also be on-site daily in cheese production for quality control and work closely with our dairy technologists. We cover the costs for the dormitory in Triesdorf as well as travel to and from there. After completing your training, you will work in shift service and may be deployed to a limited extent on weekends and public holidays.
