Trainee Cheesemaker/Dairy Technologist from 1 September 2027

During the apprenticeship, you will rotate through all production areas, from receiving raw milk through cheesemaking and packaging to operating and maintaining machines and equipment. You will learn modern plant operations and traditional cheesemaking while taking on responsible tasks.

Rotating through production areas from raw-milk reception to packaging; producing cheese and other dairy products; operating and maintaining machines and equipment; implementing hygiene measures; learning traditional cheesemaking; taking on independent tasks; attending vocational school and inter-company training; working shifts and, to a limited extent, weekends and public holidays after completing the apprenticeship
