Bethel.regional is seeking an educational support worker, daily living assistant or care assistant for Haus Weddinghofer Straße in Kamen. This temporary minijob supports adults with cognitive disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. The start date is flexible, preferably as soon as possible.

• Support adults with cognitive disabilities and autism spectrum disorder to meet their individual support needs.
• Help with daily life: Help residents feel comfortable at home. Tasks include cleaning living and shared areas, doing laundry and helping prepare meals and drinks.
• Maintain safety: Help provide a safe living environment and support people in special situations according to clear professional guidance.
• Put values into practice: Support residents' individual needs with appreciation and respect, following their personal ways of life and beliefs.
• Documentation and organization: Record your work in the digital documentation system and help with general organizational and administrative tasks.

• Knowledge: Ideally, you have some knowledge of basic personal care and working with people whose behavior can be particularly challenging.
• Availability: You are willing to work shifts and weekends.
• Attitude: You are calm, patient and enjoy working with people.
