Registered Nurse Night Shift Anna Meyberg Haus

Birkenhof Altenhilfe gGmbH of Bethel im Norden is looking for a registered nurse for the night shift at the Anna-Meyberg-Haus in Hannover-Kirchrode, starting as soon as possible. The job is permanent, 30 - 39 hours per week. Night staff work from 20:00 to 06:45, mostly in teams of three for 113 residents.

• Care focused on quality of life: You provide professionally competent, needs-based care that puts residents' satisfaction first
• Individual care planning: You help create, carry out and evaluate care and action plans and recognize residents' individual care needs
• Treatment and basic care: You carry out basic and treatment care professionally, individually and responsibly
• Quality & development: You evaluate care processes, implement quality standards and actively contribute to continuous quality development and assurance
• Team & interface work: You communicate professionally with GPs, specialists and other healthcare providers and work closely with your team

• Completed training: You have a 3-year apprenticeship, a completed degree as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in elderly care, health care or nursing
• Team spirit & empathy: You are open, caring and contribute to the team with commitment
• Flexibility & willingness to work: Shift work, weekends and public holidays are no problem for you (with special willingness for night shifts)
• Appreciation & joy in work: You treat people respectfully, actively help shape things and keep developing
• Leadership & delegation: You can guide attendance and care assistants and delegate tasks sensibly
• Independent work: You work on your own responsibility, make well-founded decisions in daily care and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• German skills B2: You have good spoken and written German (at least level B2)
