Daily support with heart: You support our clients from getting up until the evening - this mainly includes taking over care, dressing, tidying up and designing shared daily structures Individual support: Whether care, communication or social participation – you are right in the middle and help where needed Actively use social space: Together you visit places within walking distance such as shopping facilities, doctors' offices or leisure activities Everyday life under control: You prepare breakfast and ensure order in the kitchen afterwards Documentation: You conscientiously record your provided services in our system

• Qualification: You have completed training as a nursing specialist / health and nurse / curative education nurse (m/f/d)
• Experience: Ideally you bring previous experience in working with people with disabilities
• Flexibility: You are willing to work in shift service – this includes two weekend duties per month, but no night duty
