Qualified Nursing Professional | Supported Living | Hövelhof

Part-time position of up to 33 hours per week in supported living in Hövelhof. The role involves providing individual support to people with complex multiple disabilities or acquired brain injuries in their own apartments, along with nursing care and support for independent daily living.

Provide individual, respectful support to people with complex multiple disabilities and/or acquired brain injuries living in their own apartments, with 24-hour availability in the background. Help clients organise their daily lives independently at home, on the way to work and during leisure activities. Carry out nursing duties. Share experience and knowledge with trainees and interns. Complete documentation and participate in regular team meetings.

Vocational qualification as a healthcare and nursing professional, geriatric nurse or special-needs care worker, or a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Experience working with people with disabilities or acquired brain injuries is desirable, but willingness to learn is also welcomed. Enjoyment of working with people, independence and teamwork. Willingness to work shifts, including early and late shifts and two weekends per month. A Category B driving licence is an advantage but not required.

Attractive pay under AVR DD, pay grade 7, with approximately €4,059 gross per month for two years of relevant experience and full-time employment of 39 hours per week, plus an annual special payment and possible bonuses and allowances. 31 days of annual leave for a five-day week.
