A care assistant with one year of training is sought for the Viktoria Luise Christian Senior Care Home in Zehdenick, working 30 to 35 hours per week in a permanent position in elderly care.

Following the care concept and care mission; helping ensure continuous, individual, and comprehensive care based on the primary nursing model; assisting with care planning based on holistic, activating, and needs-oriented care; carrying out selected treatment-care measures; participating in care visits; helping conduct daily-structure activities; providing psychosocial care and maintaining contact through conversations and advice on personal matters.

Successfully completed at least one year of training in nursing or care, for example as an elderly care assistant or healthcare and nursing assistant, or trained nursing professional wishing to work as a care assistant; professional experience in inpatient, outpatient, or gerontopsychiatric care is desirable; willingness to work shifts; basic practical computer skills; valid health certificate.
