Marketing Manager - Focus on B2B Campaign Management

BGV is the leading insurer in Baden. At the Karlsruhe site, a Marketing Manager with a focus on B2B campaign management is sought as soon as possible. The role covers planning and managing multi-channel campaigns for industries such as skilled trades, hospitality and associations.

• Strategic design, planning and management of multi-channel campaigns
• Development of target-group-specific campaigns for individual industries such as skilled trades, hospitality and associations
• Translating our brand values into relevant B2B messages and effective campaign mechanics
• Close collaboration with our sales channels, brokers and the exclusive agency organization, including developing suitable sales support
• Budget responsibility for the business area including media planning and management
• Briefing and professional management of internal creative and production
• Planning and supporting B2B trade fairs, events and specialist formats
• Structured success monitoring using defined metrics for reach, leads and sales impact

• Completed degree in marketing, communication or business administration
• At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or campaign management, ideally in the insurance or finance sector
• Proven experience in managing integrated campaigns from idea to success measurement
• Good understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs, self-employed people and organizations
• Experience working with sales, brokers or partners
• Confidence in handling campaign and media budgets
• Structured, independent and conceptually strong way of working
• Confident presence with internal and external stakeholders
