How the apprenticeship works: Deployment in customer centers, service centers, and field service; internships in various departments of the head office; full integration into our work processes – independent handling of tasks; regular seminars in our apprentice academies; sales-specific training. Advise customers based on their needs; knowledge of our insurance products and conditions; conduct risk analyses; process customer applications and manage contracts; prepare offers; examine incoming damage reports and benefit claims.

Subject-specific or general higher education entrance qualification with good grades; enjoyment in dealing with people and strong communication talent; friendly and confident demeanor; high customer orientation and sales talent; determination and commitment; teamwork skills.
