Process and Requirements Manager Quotation and Application Processes Motor Vehicle/Moped Insurance

Design: As Process and Requirements Manager (m/f/d), you actively drive the further development of our digital quotation and application processes for motor vehicle and moped insurance to optimize processes and make them future-proof. Analysis of existing processes is a decisive factor. Conception: You write precise requirements and accompany them through the entire development process to ensure the highest quality standards. Execution: You coordinate and control process development independently, with creative scope for innovative solutions. Communication: As a contact person, you support the insurance departments in all process questions and provide valuable support in decision-making. You act as a bridge between specialist departments and internal software development to develop tailored solutions. Responsibility: By managing the processes, you focus on the needs of customers and the specialist department, thus contributing to our joint success.

Completed degree in business informatics or business administration, or insurance vocational training with professional experience. Good understanding of business processes and complex interrelationships as well as the ability for analytical and conceptual work. Basic understanding of processes and interrelationships in the insurance industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite. Basic IT knowledge and initial experience with SQL, JIRA and Confluence are an advantage but not a prerequisite. Independent work and a solution-oriented approach. Very good communication skills and the ability to convey own ideas appropriately to the target audience. Courage to change and interest in personal development as well as an open feedback culture.
