In your 2-year apprenticeship you will develop in-depth technical expertise in the field of machine and plant operation in paper finishing within a manufacturing company. The setup, monitoring, and operation of machines and plants in the production area will become clearer to you with each application, until you are an absolute specialist with your degree! You assist in rectifying minor machine malfunctions on our plants and clean them. The necessary theoretical knowledge you will learn during block lessons at vocational school.

You have a secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) including good grades in mathematics and physics. You bring enthusiasm for repairing and tinkering with machines. You have a basic understanding of technical systems and want to learn more about them. You have the ability to combine theoretical and practical knowledge. The competencies team spirit, motivation, and sense of responsibility describe you as a person. You are willing to work in shifts (early, late, and night shifts) after the apprenticeship.
