Trainee for a Dual Business Administration Degree (B.A.) with Commercial Apprenticeship

For our company at its headquarters in Essen, we are looking for someone starting on 1 August 2027. During the 2.5-year apprenticeship, you will rotate through the typical training departments of purchasing, accounting and human resources. At the same time, you will study Business Administration at FOM for 3.5 years in the evening and Saturday model.

• Reviewing offers, placing orders and monitoring them
• Processing invoices and assisting with annual and monthly financial statements
• Assisting with applicant management and learning about tasks in personnel support
• You will also spend time in other specialist departments, such as personnel development, occupational safety and project management, and attend block lessons at vocational school.
• You will always be part of the team and actively and independently contribute to day-to-day work.
• You will have a dedicated contact person in each department.
• Through internal training and further education, you will learn how to use MS Office and SAP professionally, as well as various soft-skill topics such as learning techniques and time management.

• School-leaving qualification: At least an advanced technical college entrance qualification
