Supply Chain Data Management Process & Data Quality Specialist

As a Supply Chain Data Management Process & Data Quality Specialist, you shape and improve supply chain data and processes. The role focuses on data structures, data quality and business processes in SAP systems. You work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality teams in an environment governed by GxP standards.

• Analyse supply chain master data, data structures, data models and workflows to identify gaps in data quality, structures and processes
• Develop and implement data management processes, standards and key performance indicators for supply chain data
• Implement lasting measures to improve data quality, transparency and compliance
• Support process harmonisation and change initiatives in cooperation with specialist departments
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, governance documents and process descriptions in an environment governed by GxP standards
• Help define business data requirements, improve data quality monitoring and reporting, and establish data quality metrics
• Contribute to transformation and digitalisation initiatives

• A completed degree, for example in Supply Chain Management, Business, Natural Sciences or a similar subject, and at least 3 years of professional experience. Alternatively, relevant completed vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience
• Practical experience in supply chain, master data management or process management
• Experience analysing and improving data structures, data quality and business processes, and developing standards, work instructions or governance structures
• Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, particularly SAP MDM, S2S and P2P, is required, as is knowledge of material master data, production master data and user access management. Experience with transport management systems, preferably from Alpega or SAP, is desirable. Experience with the GUS-OS ERP system is also desirable
• Experience in an environment governed by GxP/GMP standards, working with standard operating procedures, change controls or compliance requirements; knowledge of Veeva eQMS is desirable
• An analytical approach and the ability to turn complex requirements into practical solutions
• The ability to work independently, communicate effectively and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Very good written and spoken German and English
