A varied apprenticeship with a 35-hour week, flexible working hours and rotating assignments across different teams and locations. The training covers customer service, benefits claims processing and working with digital software systems.

• Process benefit claims ranging from incapacity for work to dental prostheses and assess entitlement
• Advise and support insured persons in person and by telephone and handle applications from new and existing customers
• Work with exciting and complex digital software systems
• Actively contribute to the organisation’s goals
