Apprenticeship as Professional Driver

As BLG AutoTransport GmbH & Co. KG, we are part of BLG LOGISTICS and use our modern truck fleet to reliably transport new and used vehicles for our customers. Our mission: to accompany your career entry and shape the logistics of tomorrow together with you – over 100 talents start their careers at BLG LOGISTICS locations each year. Are you looking for variety, movement, and new challenges? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for you starting 1 August 2027 for an apprenticeship as a professional driver (m/f/d) at our Hamburg location.

What matters in a car transporter – from technology to proper loading and unloading. Planning tours and breaks so that you arrive safely and on time. Mastering traffic regulations at home and abroad. Being independently on the road – after passing the driving test, you take on your first tours.

Well prepared with a school diploma and a class B driver's license. A hands-on person with spatial imagination, physical fitness, and resilience. Interested in technology and large vehicles. Prefer being on the road rather than at a desk.

Apprentice salary according to collective agreement (1st year: €1,155.25, 2nd year: €1,237.07, 3rd year: €1,372.82) – plus Christmas and vacation bonus. With good performance, shortening of apprenticeship from 3 to 2.5 years. Guaranteed permanent position after successful completion. Genuine cohesion & team events – e.g., an apprentice trip with all BLG apprentices/dual students from across Germany. Individual support through dedicated contacts, regular feedback & further training. Attractive benefits – e.g., discounts on phones, clothing & concerts or access to gyms & swimming pools. We cover the costs for your class C/CE driver's license.
