Maintenance Technician for Injection Molding Machines

As part of our further growth, we are looking for you as a Maintenance Technician for Injection Molding Machines (m/f/d).

• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions on injection molding machines as well as implementation of immediate measures to resume production
• Performance of maintenance, repair and upkeep work
• Support of injection molding machines and associated peripherals, e.g. robots, cooling, conveying and drying systems
• Active participation in the optimization of injection molding machines and support during commissioning of new machines
• Coordination with respective suppliers for complex technical issues
• Documentation of performed maintenance measures and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or electronics technician for operating technology (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics as well as basic knowledge of PLC and system technology
• Experience in handling injection molding machines is an advantage
• High problem-solving competence as well as pronounced quality and safety awareness
• Independent and structured way of working
• Flexibility for shift work and participation in on-call duty
