Electrical Design Engineer EPLAN

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for you as an Electrical Design Engineer EPLAN (m/f/d).

Electrical conception and design of special machines and automated production facilities. Creation, maintenance, and revision of electrical and fluid plans with EPLAN, as well as selection and dimensioning of electrical components and safety technology. Definition and coordination of electrical interfaces as well as development and validation of safety concepts in cooperation with specialist departments. Support in error analysis, plant optimizations, and conversions. Maintenance and further development of our EPLAN standards and design guidelines. Creation, maintenance, and updating of project-specific and CE-relevant technical documentation and verification documents.

Completed technical degree or completed apprenticeship including technician or master craftsman further training (m/f/d) in the fields of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or comparable qualification. Professional experience in electrical design, ideally in special machinery or plant engineering using EPLAN. Knowledge of the design of control, drive, and safety technology as well as relevant standards and guidelines in mechanical and plant engineering. Basic knowledge of PLC technology and industrial communication systems (preferably in the Beckhoff environment) and experience with Sistema desirable. Strong quality and safety awareness, communication skills, and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary project teams.
