Apprentice IT Specialist for System Integration, 2027

The holding company in Witten is looking for an apprentice IT specialist in system integration starting 1 August 2027.

• Plan, set up, and administer modern IT systems and networks.
• Install and configure hardware and software, Windows workstations, and mobile devices.
• Plan and support IT systems from technical, commercial, and business perspectives.
• Contribute to the introduction of new software solutions and exciting IT projects.
• Learn to administer Microsoft 365 services and modern cloud technologies.
• Support employees in setting up their IT workstations and help analyze and resolve faults.
• Learn what is important when procuring IT hardware, software, and services.

• Good intermediate school-leaving certificate, university of applied sciences entrance qualification, university entrance qualification, or equivalent certificate.
• Strong interest in mathematics, computer science, and technical topics.
• Enthusiasm for information technology, computers, networks, and digital technologies, plus basic English skills.
• Initial experience with hardware or software through school, internships, or personal projects is desirable.
• Careful, reliable, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of working with people.
