Connecting Business & Technology: You operate at the interface between engineering and business administration, designing efficient processes in a dynamic industrial environment. Practice Integration: Alternating between theory and practice phases, you apply your acquired knowledge directly in real projects and develop smart solutions for real challenges. Operational & Strategic Daily Business: You actively work in key areas – from strategic purchasing and production planning & control to quality management, sales, controlling and finance. Technical Sales & Product Marketing: You apply your interdisciplinary know-how where complex technical understanding meets commercial skill – for example in marketing our products or in customer support. Broadening Perspectives: You continuously expand your interdisciplinary and intercultural skills – whether through participation in international projects or practical assignments at other BOGE locations.

You have successfully completed the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or the university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) (or are about to do so) and have good grades – especially in Math, German, English, Computer Science, Technology or Physics. You have a strong technical understanding, enjoy technology and want to understand how modern industrial and production processes work. You are interested in business contexts, enjoy working with data and common IT tools and digital media. Thanks to your good spatial imagination and systematic thinking, you can quickly grasp complex interrelationships and analyze them in a solution-oriented manner. You work precisely and in a structured manner, have a flair for design and aspire not only to execute processes but to actively shape them. You are characterized by initiative, flexibility and self-discipline, are a strong communicator and enjoy implementing fresh ideas together as a team.
