Vocational Training for Restaurant and Event Hospitality Specialists

You will be deployed in the daily service of our adventure gastronomy – in à-la-carte business, at events and at the bar. You will learn how to welcome, look after, advise guests and provide them with a thoroughly successful experience. You set tables, take orders, serve food and drinks and take care of the billing. You support the preparation and organization of events – from planning to execution. You develop a sense for details, communication and professional guest service. The vocational school for this training is in Pegnitz.

• You have at least a qualified lower secondary school certificate.
• You are open, warm-hearted and can empathize well with others.
• You enjoy dealing with people and like working in a team.
• You are reliable, careful and remain calm even in stressful moments.
• You have good German skills (at least level B2).
