Technical support: You maintain the technical systems of our buildings, especially heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as well as fire alarm and access control systems. Managed properties include apartment buildings, historic buildings, parking garages, restaurants and hotels. Maintenance and repair: You carry out inspections and minor maintenance work and support the commissioning and monitoring of maintenance work and construction projects. Project participation: You participate in the implementation of technical projects (e.g. installation of new ventilation systems). Fault management: You record technical faults and assist in deployment planning for their prompt resolution.

You have a successfully completed technical training, for example in electrical, heating, ventilation or refrigeration technology, and have several years of professional experience. Ideally you already have practical experience with ventilation systems and air conditioning in existing buildings. Teamwork is just as important to you as respectful interaction.
