Commercial Clerk

Full-time commercial clerk (m/f/d) at the SNL Wetzlar site, fixed-term for 2 years. Focus areas are customer support, order management and coordination.

• Customer support: phone support for our regional customers and competent help with questions and concerns.
• Order management: careful recording and submission of orders.
• Coordination: managing the reading of consumption data and coordinating processes around installation.
• Complaint handling: solution-oriented handling of complaints and the resulting correspondence.

• Successfully completed commercial or equivalent training
• First professional experience in commercial, customer-oriented administration, ideally with background in the real estate industry
• Quick grasp, analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Strong teamwork, high commitment and openness to change as well as a customer-oriented way of working
• Confident user knowledge of common MS Office products
