Working Student Corporate Communications, Sponsoring & Events

BS|ENERGY – Gain valuable practical experience in corporate communications, sponsoring, and event management and shape events for a modern energy and water service company.

• Prepare internal and external events, organize and accompany their execution, and evaluate the results.
• Conceptualize, coordinate, and control project-related communication measures.
• Process sponsoring requests while taking internal processes and guidelines into account.
• Coordinate with internal and external contact persons and accompany events on site.
• Support the Corporate Communications & Sponsoring department at events in the evening and on weekends.

• You are studying communication studies, media studies, journalism, event management, or a comparable field.
• You work independently, self-reliantly, and in a structured manner.
• You present yourself in a friendly, confident, and committed manner.
• You are flexible and willing to work occasionally in the evenings and on weekends.
• You have a class B driver's license and are mobile.
• Advantageous: Proficient use of Google applications and first practical experience in corporate communications, event management, project work, or sponsoring.
