Clerical Officer Back Office Individual Customers

Clerical Officer (f/m/d) Back Office Individual Customers – fixed-term for 2 years. Calculate quotes, create them and process orders from start to finish. Sell BS|ENERGY products and customised customer solutions by developing and implementing individual concepts. Actively support existing customers, adjust contracts and maintain the database. Support customer acquisition and win-back through targeted campaigns and accompany the front office (Key Account Manager and/or Account Manager) in their activities. Organise, accompany and conduct customer appointments, support projects across the department and prepare customer billing.

Must-haves: Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with knowledge of the energy industry; confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace; customer- and service-oriented manner and a feel for individual customer needs and suitable solutions; open personality with flexibility, quick adaptability and strong teamwork skills; Class B driving licence and confident communication skills. Nice-to-haves: Several years of experience in customer service or back office in the energy sector; good SAP IS-U knowledge
