Civil Engineering Designer

At the Southern Operations Centre of the Lower Saxony State Agency for Water Management, Coastal and Nature Conservation (NLWKN), in the 'Planning and Construction' division at the Braunschweig site, the following apprenticeship position is to be filled from 01.08.2027: Civil Engineering Designer (m/f/d) specialising in civil, traffic and landscape engineering. The apprenticeship takes place in Division 2 of the Southern Operations Centre of the NLWKN. Our main tasks are the planning and construction of water management facilities and watercourses. In particular, projects in the areas of watercourse development and flood protection are coordinated, planned and implemented.

The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and takes place mainly in the office building in Braunschweig. It includes, besides drawing activities in the office, also field work such as surveying and participation in the structural implementation of our projects.
