During your apprenticeship you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness – either in a 2-year apprenticeship as a salesperson or a 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant. Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or operating the checkout: you get involved with full commitment. You check incoming goods, assist with inventory tasks and assist customers with advice and support. If you opt for the third year as a retail merchant, you will learn to create staff schedules and lead your first shift. For further skill development you will participate in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects.
