In your apprenticeship, you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness, and cleanliness - this is possible either within a 2-year apprenticeship as a sales assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson (m/f/d). Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking, or operating the checkout: you pitch in with full commitment. You check incoming goods, support inventory work, and assist our customers with advice and action. If you opt for the third apprenticeship year as a retail salesperson (m/f/d), you will learn how to create staff deployment plans and lead your first shift. For further skill development, you participate in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects.
