• 3 qualifications in 3 years: Our high school graduate program combines the 'Retail Merchant' apprenticeship with the 'Certified Retail Specialist (IHK)' advanced training and additionally obtains the 'AdA Certificate' (trainer aptitude) according to AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
• During practical phases in the store, you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness, and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, merchandise planning, or cashiering: You pitch in with full commitment
• We also train you in employee leadership so you can soon take charge of your own shift
• To further develop your skills, you attend various training sessions and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate
• Theoretical phases take place in block instruction at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)
