CNC Machine Operator Milling - fixed-term

A modern production site needs employees who get stuck in. As a milling machine operator (m/f/x), you independently produce constantly changing mechanical individual parts on CNC milling machines. This also includes programming, setting up and operating the machinery provided. Through your work, you help us optimize the production of our high-performance ZEISS products.

• operating 5-axis milling centers and setting up according to existing setup sheets and work plans
• confident handling of CNC controls from Heidenhain and Siemens
• independent programming, setting up and operating of the CNC milling machines
• carrying out corrections up to production release
• selecting suitable tools and presetting the tools
• close cooperation with work preparation and quality assurance to optimize program sequences and ensure the high quality requirements of the manufactured parts

• a completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/x), cutting machine operator (m/f/x) or a similar qualification
• Experience in manufacturing constantly changing precision mechanical individual parts
• an exceptionally high awareness of quality
• structured and independent way of working
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as customer orientation, creativity and a hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
