Internship in Idea Management

In idea management at ZEISS you actively help shape how employee ideas are picked up, evaluated and implemented. You learn how to develop campaigns, organize workshops and build internal communication strategically.

• Accompanying and actively shaping the further development of idea management
• Helping to plan and run idea campaigns
• Supporting the development of creative communication materials for internal outreach
• Reviewing and processing employee ideas from all areas of the company
• Exchange with internal stakeholders, experts and idea providers
• Helping to design and maintain the employee portal page
• Developing new workshop formats and training materials
• Planning and moderating idea workshops and online trainings

• Advanced studies in marketing, communication, media, business administration or a comparable field
• Enthusiasm for future-oriented topics and creative solutions
• Very good MS Office skills
• Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
• Quick grasp, creativity and holistic thinking
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
• 6 months available for an exciting internship
