• Help with the administration and allocation of incentive vouchers
• Support the HR Business Service team with various HR topics and with the administrative handling of standard processes related to compensation and benefits
• Answer and forward employee inquiries via different channels (e.g. ticket system, phone hotline)
• Prepare HR documents (e.g. works council hearings etc.) and file them in the digital personnel file

• Ongoing studies in economics, psychology or a comparable degree program
• Affinity for IT and experience with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Quick comprehension and a structured, conscientious way of working
• Strong people skills and a high level of service orientation
• Enjoy learning new things and working independently
