• You will support the recruiters (f/m/x) of ZEISS Semiconductor Division with routine tasks, particularly workflows in the HR system Workday
• You will assist in organizing and conducting interview rounds and on-site candidate days
• You will participate in interview role-plays to observe candidate response patterns

• You are currently pursuing a degree in economics, psychology, or a related field
• You have an interest in people-related topics and, ideally, have focused on relevant areas in your studies
• You are open and friendly in your interactions with people and enjoy stepping into different roles
• You work in a highly structured, reliable way and are an organizational talent
• You have very good German and English language skills
