Working Student Graphics, Social Media & Content Creation

For the Employer Branding area, HENSOLDT is looking for a working student (f/m/d) at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The area strengthens HENSOLDT's employer brand and develops target-group-oriented communication and content measures for digital platforms, recruiting, trade fairs and events.

• Support in planning and organizing employer branding and social media activities
• Help with written concepts for social media formats (finding topics, script drafts, structure)
• Create and help finalize content for digital platforms (images, graphics, carousels)
• Support with simple video editing (e.g. rough cuts, subtitles) and assist with more complex editing projects
• Support in maintaining and further developing the content pool
• Help create communication materials for recruiting, trade fairs and events
• Create and edit layouts for online and print media
• Support with evaluating and preparing social media reports
• Work with internal teams and external agencies on content projects

• Ongoing studies in graphic/communication design, media informatics, marketing, media studies or a comparable field
• Confident use of MS Office and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) is an advantage
• First experience in social media, content creation or employer branding is desirable
• Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g. DaVinci Resolve) is an advantage
• Interest in evaluating and interpreting social media metrics
• Basic knowledge of handling camera, lighting and sound
• Creativity, initiative and a good sense for target-group-oriented communication
• Independent and structured way of working, even with several parallel topics
• Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
