Product Marketing Manager

Join ZEISS Vision Care, a leading provider of spectacle lenses and innovative vision solutions, as a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/x) at the Aalen site.

• Analyze market and customer requirements, competitor activities and relevant trends; segment target groups and derive insights for marketing
• Adapt global positioning, value proposition, core messages and go-to-market strategy for defined products or solutions to local conditions and keep sharpening them
• Plan, coordinate and manage product launches and product-related marketing projects; track work packages, deadlines, budgets and results
• Develop integrated marketing and communication concepts for online and offline channels and implement them with internal and external partners
• Create and maintain sales tools, product information, presentations, training and campaign materials and prepare them for expert approval
• Support sales and other internal target groups with product briefings, training, market and competitor information and benefit arguments
• Act as the interface between product management, sales, marketing, international stakeholders and external service providers
• Evaluate the effectiveness of measures against agreed goals and key figures, draw lessons and initiate improvements

• Completed university degree in optics or optometry, or master optician, or a comparable qualification; supplemented by further training or certification in project management, digital marketing, marketing analytics or a comparable additional qualification
• Relevant professional experience in marketing, product marketing or a comparable market- and product-related role
• Sound knowledge of market analysis, segmentation, positioning, marketing mix, campaign planning and product launches
• Existing expertise in managing internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and service providers
• Experience in an international or regulated business environment
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
