Enjoyment in dealing with older people. Independent action and social competence as well as a large portion of team spirit. Intermediate school leaving certificate or successfully completed ten-year general schooling or lower secondary school leaving certificate after nine years and at least one year of assistant or helper training in nursing or at least two years of vocational training. A language level of at least B2.
