Enjoyment in dealing with older people. Independent action and social competence as well as a large portion of team spirit. Intermediate school diploma (Mittlerer Schulabschluss) or successfully completed ten-year general schooling or secondary school diploma after nine years and at least one-year assistant or helper training in nursing or at least two-year vocational training. A language level of at least B2.
