Reception Staff Member

Weekend reception minijob for 8 hours per week at a social enterprise. Duties include welcoming and advising visitors, handling calls and mail, and general administration. The listed monthly salaries refer to full-time work.

• Welcome and advise visitors and guests.
• Answer and transfer telephone calls.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Carry out general administrative tasks, such as managing petty cash, correspondence and creating documents, spreadsheets and lists.

• Commercial vocational training or substantial experience in a comparable role.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
• A service-focused and customer-focused approach.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A high level of independence and responsibility.
