HR Assistant

Permanent full-time HR Assistant role at Center Parcs in Leutkirch im Allgäu. You will support HR work from onboarding to payroll and serve as a contact for employees, managers and external partners.

• Help prepare and follow up on monthly payroll and ensure it runs smoothly.
• Handle HR administration carefully, from preparing contracts to managing digital personnel files, and maintain HR systems.
• Provide knowledgeable support to employees with questions about payroll, working hours and HR administration.
• Support onboarding and recruitment and work closely with the HR team and internal and external partners.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve HR processes and standards.
• Reliably monitor working hours, extra payments, absences and holiday entitlements.

• Commercial vocational training with an HR focus, or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable field
• Some or substantial experience in HR, payroll and working time management
• You are confident using HR and time recording systems, and use MS Office, especially Excel, in your daily work.
• You work in a structured, careful and independent way and enjoy working with numbers.
• You are discreet and responsible, and enjoy working with and for people.
• You have very good German skills; English skills are a plus.
