Adventure Sports Employee

Center Parcs Europe is looking for support in Adventure Sports: looking after guests during sports activities and team-building events. Permanent contract, full-time.

• You actively look after our guests during sports activities and team-building events, ensuring a safe, warm and energetic experience
• You run the daily sports program, handle preparation and follow-up of the classes and are responsible for safety and care of the equipment
• Together with the team you develop individual sports and event concepts for company events and team building
• You ensure all safety standards are implemented and promote the active, nature-based experience for our guests
• You are present in direct contact with our guests, inspire with your positive attitude and create a feel-good atmosphere

• Enjoy working with people, sporting commitment and open, clear, friendly communication
• Ideally already some experience organizing or running leisure activities
• Creative, flexible and solution-oriented, even with a tight schedule or changing weather
• High sense of responsibility, knowledge of safety standards and a structured approach
