Retraining as Specialist Employee for Swimming Pool Operations

In the subtropical Aqua Mundo swimming paradise at Center Parcs, you ensure safety, cleanliness and good spirits as a swimming pool operations specialist. The 2-year retraining is a recognized vocational qualification. The vocational school is in Mannheim, and the practical training takes place at Aqua Mundo Center Parcs Park Allgäu.

• Supervise swimmers and ensure guest safety throughout the entire pool area
• Carry out cleaning work and minor technical maintenance and keep an eye on water quality
• Give first aid, provide information and make sure guests feel well looked after
• Support animation programs, courses and special events at the pool
• Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are followed and keep Aqua Mundo running smoothly

• At least 1 year of work experience in a swimming pool and experience in pool technology, aqua fitness and/or first aid
• Silver lifesaving badge
• Responsible, physically fit, attentive, quick to react and conscientious
• Service-oriented, friendly with guests and a team player
