You actively supervise our guests during sports activities and team-building events, ensuring a safe, warm, and energetic experience. You conduct the daily sports program, handle preparation and follow-up of courses, and are responsible for safety and equipment maintenance. You troubleshoot technical issues and perform maintenance. You develop individual sports and event concepts for corporate events and team buildings together with the team. You ensure implementation of all safety standards and promote active, nature-based experiences for our guests. You are present in direct contact with guests, inspire with your positive charisma, and create an atmosphere of well-being and participation.

You enjoy interacting with people, are communicative, service-oriented, and like working in a team. You have at least a good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or (technical) high school diploma (Abitur) and a quick grasp of new concepts. You are flexible, enjoy organizing, and inspire others with your open, positive manner – a class B driver's license is an advantage.
