• You support the operational management by taking on diverse commercial tasks
• You plan and organise important business processes
• You learn to observe the legal regulations for healthcare services
• You record and maintain relevant business data
• You settle services with various cost bearers
• You learn to check and apply quality assurance measures in the operation
• You support the creation of concepts

• You have the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), an equivalent school leaving certificate or a very good secondary school diploma
• You have good performance in the school subjects German and English in writing and speaking
• You are flexible and bring organisational skills and willingness to work
• You enjoy dealing with people and like working in a team
• You are reliable, responsible and committed
• You can be trustworthy and discreet (e.g. observe confidentiality when handling data of patients or employees)
• You have very good German skills and have flawless pronunciation and good verbal expression
• If German is not your native language: proof of language level C1
