CLAAS Inside Global IT - Marketing Applications

Create and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve customer communication; analyze and interpret data to measure marketing effectiveness and identify optimization potential; support integration and management of CRM data for personalized marketing activities; collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and efficient implementation of marketing strategies; assist in end-user training and creation of documentation for marketing applications; participate in agile portfolio and project management; analyze and conceptualize requirements as basis for user stories in the product backlog. Regular weekly working time approx. 20 hours, individually adjustable according to study schedule; occasional home office possible; option to write thesis in cooperation with CLAAS; networking in "CLAAS StudentTalk".

Ongoing studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration with focus on computer science or comparable degree with IT relevance; first experience with marketing tools, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud; familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript or Angular; enthusiasm for contributing own ideas and working in an international environment; structured work approach and analytical skills even with complex interrelationships; very good German and English skills both written and spoken.
