Installation of current hardware and software. Configuration of various IT devices and systems as well as power supply setup. Conducting fault analyses on hardware and software. Troubleshooting and maintenance work on various IT devices and systems from different manufacturers.

Intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife), Abitur, or equivalent qualification. Manual-technical aptitude. Enjoyment of teamwork as well as independent problem-solving. Willingness to travel for on-site customer assignments. Ideally, first practical experience, e.g., through a student internship.
