Are you interested in business, data, and digitalization and want to actively work on future topics? Then the dual study program AI Management and Digitalization is your entry into an exciting career at the intersection of business, AI, and digital transformation. During your studies, you will learn how companies strategically use AI, data, and digital processes. You will analyze business processes, identify use cases for artificial intelligence, evaluate their potential, and accompany change processes from idea to implementation in a team. It is not about programming AI yourself, but about managing and driving its meaningful use in the company, both in the office and in the production environment. You will combine business know-how with data competence, computer science fundamentals, and a good basic technical understanding. The degree program is being offered by us for the first time as a new pilot program. This gives you the special opportunity to be part of an innovative program from the start and actively shape the course of study. During the seven-semester standard study period starting 01.09.2027, you will study two days a week at accadis University of Applied Sciences Bad Homburg and gain practical experience three days a week at our new ContiTech Hub in Eschborn, in the Horizon Tower. Your start begins with an extensive onboarding in Hanover, where you will get to know the company, your fellow students, and important contacts and be optimally prepared for your dual studies. Later in the program, you will gain insights into various corporate areas and have the opportunity to gain practical experience at other locations. Willingness for occasional travel within the corporate environment is therefore desirable. You can expect solid business and computer science fundamentals, high AI expertise through specialized modules, exciting teams, intensive practical phases, and the opportunity to work on practice-relevant digital and AI projects. Future skills are also taught in a targeted manner. An optional semester abroad at international partner universities is possible.

Motivation to actively shape digital transformation and the use of AI and develop professionally. A university entrance qualification (technical college entrance qualification or Abitur). Interest in business, digitalization, data, and new technologies. Enthusiasm for topics such as artificial intelligence, digital business models, and process optimization. Enjoyment of analytical thinking and the subjects math and English. A structured and reliable way of working. Openness to cross-location collaboration and occasional travel. Fluent German skills in word and writing.
