Working Student in M365 User Adoption / Change Management

Support RÖDL's IT team in Eschborn or remotely with user adoption and change management for Microsoft 365. The role involves 10 to 16 hours per week.

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of user adoption and change management strategies
• Help organise and deliver workshops and training
• Help coordinate and document IT projects and support project managers
• Manage the MS Teams community, create posts with tips, best practices and FAQs, and answer user questions
• Work closely with departments to successfully deliver IT projects
• Create content that helps people adopt and make the best use of new solutions
• Create and maintain communication materials and training documents

• Currently studying business psychology, communication psychology, media management, communication design or a similar subject
• Initial experience in user adoption or change management, delivering workshops and training, and creating training and communication materials
• Strong interest in IT and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
• Interest in actively shaping how business and IT work together
• Good understanding of change and transformation processes, with openness to new topics, formats and varied projects
• Very good communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Business-fluent German and English
